Okay, update. I said CW was 152, but this morning the scales said 147. So here are my revised goals:

I just started with MFP on April 4 and have (as of today) lost 9 lbs! Hopefully I'll be motivated this month by this group... feeling guilty about eating 1,067 calories in beer, ice cream, and onion rings after 11 pm last night.

Alright, I'm in.... I'm suuuuper busy this month (finishing my Master's in an intensive three-week (four days a week), four-and-a-half hour class AFTER teaching for eight hours... And my birthday is at the end of the month, so--YIKES--we'll see what happens!

I am new to Fitness pal. I lost loads of weight and gained it all back last year so I am back to try again! I comfort eat and am trying to work on that at the same time. I think this group could be a great way to stay motivated as I am not feeling too confident!

I am trying to get back into exercising regularly, I got out of the habit (hence the re-gain!!). By the end of the month I want to be walking to work every day (its a 60 min brisk walk) and have a back-up bad weather plan in place and operational.0 -

Just for fun: I've started hiking a great trail along the north shore of Long Island and I can feel my legs strengthening from it. Once they get strong enough, I'm gonna start C25K again and NOT get stuck at week 5!
