what should I be eating more of

my body fat is 25.6

you could eat peanut butter for more calories and to meet your sugar needs.0

Seems like you are not consistent with logging. What are you eating on all the blank days, and are you skipping meals or just not logging complete days? I know breakfast is not for everyone, but I think most people do better with some nutrition early in the day. Perhaps try spreading out your calories so they are more even throughout the day, especially if you crash. Good luck0

Another one who would suggest peanut butter rather than chocolate - it's more sustainable and won't hike your sugar levels up and down the same way chocolate does which leaves you feeling worse.0

I have been eating what I like at weekends (blank days) I didn't want to log anything
but now I am going to make sure I eat and log everything
breakfast I can eat until lunch it makes me feel sick to even look at food in the morning I may have a piece of fruit about 10ish0 -

can you eat a small something w/protein? eg, a cheese stick? 4 oz of yogurt? protein digests slowly & thus enters & leaves your system more slowly than sugar stuff. 1 spoon of peanut butter, 10 almonds.0 -
You're not eating much at all really. I'm not surprised you're relying on chocolate bars to give you a boost. You should try incorporating some wholegrain carbs with your meals to keep you fuller for longer and to keep your blood sugars stable rather than them peaking and crashing like they're probably doing at the moment.
A slice of wholemeal bread with lunch... some brown rice with dinner, wholewheat toast or porridge oats at breakfast rather than just kiwi fruit
Some days you're not even eating 1200 calories so I would definitely work at upping that and fueling your body properly0
