I am new to Fitness pal. I lost loads of weight and gained it all back last year so I am back to try again! I comfort eat and am trying to work on that at the same time. I think this group could be a great way to stay motivated as I am not feeling too confident!

I am trying to get back into exercising regularly, I got out of the habit (hence the re-gain!!). By the end of the month I want to be walking to work every day (its a 60 min brisk walk) and have a back-up bad weather plan in place and operational.0 -

Just for fun: I've started hiking a great trail along the north shore of Long Island and I can feel my legs strengthening from it. Once they get strong enough, I'm gonna start C25K again and NOT get stuck at week 5!

I'm going to keep running! My distance goal for the end of May is 20km.
I'm going to add a May plank challenge to my fitness goal for this month. I saw it on my facebook newsfeed and it starts off with a 20 second plank the first day and ends the month with a 5 minute plank. We'll see!0 -
