    I am new to Fitness pal. I lost loads of weight and gained it all back last year so I am back to try again! I comfort eat and am trying to work on that at the same time. I think this group could be a great way to stay motivated as I am not feeling too confident!

    I am trying to get back into exercising regularly, I got out of the habit (hence the re-gain!!). By the end of the month I want to be walking to work every day (its a 60 min brisk walk) and have a back-up bad weather plan in place and operational.

    am in! I saw that a lot of people are around the same hight and weight as me which is so exciting!!! I am starting a biggest loser at my work in May also so i am expecting results!!!!

    Okay, I'm gonna repost because I can't go back and edit my post more than once. I weighed in this morning 2.7 less than Saturday! Woohoo!

    I've never done one of these, so here I am! After gaining back 6 pounds, I'm back with a vengeance.

    Just for fun: I've started hiking a great trail along the north shore of Long Island and I can feel my legs strengthening from it. Once they get strong enough, I'm gonna start C25K again and NOT get stuck at week 5!

    I exercise at Club Fitness 5-6 times per week, doing their cardio classes and eat 1250-1350 calories per day. It's been working so far, hope to see it continue.

    I'm going to keep running! My distance goal for the end of May is 20km.

    I'm going to add a May plank challenge to my fitness goal for this month. I saw it on my facebook newsfeed and it starts off with a 20 second plank the first day and ends the month with a 5 minute plank. We'll see!

    Hi again. March and April worked well, so count me in!

    Weigh dates now Saturdays!

    Start weight in January 68 kilos. Lost 1.8 kilos in April and reached my birthday goal weight!

    CW 60.2. 134 lbs approx.
