    Sounds good to me! I'm new to MFP, also. Trying to lose a few pounds that have crept on lately.
    Height: 5'6", age: 50

    Current weight: 155
    Goal weight: 145
    Goal for end of may: 151.... lose about 1 pound a week would be GREAT!!!

    Working out 6 days a week. i do a variety of exercises -Yoga, eliptical, aerobics, personal trainer.

    Just for fun: No events right now really. But I am going to try to walk 5 days a week for the first two weeks and then progress onto jogging for part of my daily walks for the last two weeks of May! Right now I hardly have any stamina and become winded easily. It will be challenging to do it but I'm going to try!
