Tea!
All the tea!
So many different options to suit your mood/day/cravings. I have, I think, 7 different teas in the pantry right now. Most (if not all) teas don't have any calories on their own and I only use sugar/milk for chai.
Also coffee. Coffee is the love of my life.0 -
Spiced apple cider tea from Republic of Tea. If it's tummy trouble miso is perfect. Yes, it's high in sodium but it settles my stomach.0
-
Regular coffee with skim milk. Sometimes flavoured coffee from Al Van Houtte0
-
Starbucks awake tea latte with 1 splenda instead of the classic syrup. (I also have mine with soy milk instead of cow's milk, but that's neither here nor there).
It's sooo soothing.0 -
Decaffeinated green tea with Truvia.0

Black coffee, or green tea. Peppermint tea is also one of my favorites!0

Cappuchino K cup-- 80 calories and worth EVERY one0
-
with a splash of bourbon or triple sec if I'm feeling really puny.0 -
For colds it has to be light ribena made with hot water - soooooo comforting and soothing.
Think i'm gonna have to make some of this now!0 -
I just had an "Options" Hot White Chocolate (UK Low Cal drink brand) Ummmmmm! Only 44 Cals made with hot water, but I added a quarter hot milk! It was amazing and totally cured my afternoon sweet cravings!
I have one every night at bedtime, but just with a sweetener. Perfect just before a snooze lol.0 -
Non fat latte. 100 sweet cals.0

All my beverages are zero calories. Water is my favorite beverage. Coffee in the morning, tea in the evening. Both hot or cold. I add a little pure stevia powder extract to them. No calories.0

Normal tea with 1tbsp trim milk - a refreshing, hydrating drink unless you like it strong.
a cup of boiling water in which 1/2 a lemon has been thinly sliced, and squashed. This is for when i have a cold - I can sip this all day.0 -
Freshly brewed coffee... black.
Sometimes I'll add a teaspoon of coconut oil (40 Cals) into my coffee0 -
this, whatever brand.0

I like black coffee, sometimes I add a little stevia. I also love chai, green, jasmine, and Thai teas, brewed very strongly without any milk or sweeteners. While I prefer them without milk (I don't care for milky drinks), the chai and Thai teas are yummy with milk and a bit of sweetener. And of course, if you're feeling ill, peppermint tea (I recently found a peppermint tea with chocolate extract added to it and it's delicious) with lemon and honey are good.0

Caramel coffee. 2 cals a cup.0
