Fat Real Estate Receptionist :/

I just scored a job at a Real Estate office as a receptionist! I am so incredibly happy but when I went shopping for office dresses today, I got quite depressed. I may have gained an awesome job but I also a lot of weight. I saw so many dresses and I grabbed them because it was my old size and when I put them on, some of them wouldn't even go past my arms. I've became a whale. :/
I won't sit around and complain but this was really a serious wake up call and inspiration as well. So I will definitely be working out again from now on and watching what I eat!

Does shopping depress you?

    Shopping can be depressing, but by joining this site - you are on the right track. Soon, when you start trying on stuff and realize you have to go down a size - you will feel amazing about yourself. That will come, just takes some hard work and dedication.

    Yes, shopping depresses me, too. However, I tell myself I'm doing something about it.

    Since you're on a weight loss program, you might buy clothes at a thrift shop (for next to nothing) and then donate them back when your size drops.
