Where you at, homies? I'm looking to add some motivational, *kitten* kicking individuals for my friends list. I myself am quite the motivator.. Or at least I like to think of myself as such.
I am about to finally start Insanity. I've done the first couple days a few weeks back just to get a taste of it. I finally decided to obtain it. Will be getting it tonight.

Hiya,
How did you find your taste of Insanity? I've tried it a couple of times but stopped after a few days - couldn't figure out how to squeeze it in to my day to day routine as waking up early and working out while it was still dark wasn't working for me. At all. Lol.
Starting again tomorrow now the sun has finally found its way to England.0 -

It was alright.. Definitely a workout that makes you sweat. I wasn't able to start it last night, had to work sort of early. So I'm gonna start doing it after I wake up, then my MMA, and probably go for a swim. Relax the rest of the day, then hit the dumbbells before sleep.. My routine is very odd. lol0 -
RIght here! . tho Ive nvr worked out before Ive always been bone skinny . tho now im older im still not fat but i has a double chin when i shaves off muh beard. So Imm start Insanity next week. Absolutely no idea what im doing so im kinda starting from scratch . I plan on 1400 cal a day 1 mile jog in morning 1 mile jog at night and insanity when i get off from work.0
