Focus on your form

I hear it every time I'm lifting, "Focus on your form." And "Quality over quantity."
So I got to thinking, this applies to my entire life as well.
I don't need to do tons of things. Really only a few things and do those few well. AND each role or activity I do I should focus on my 'form'. Meaning not do it sloppy or just go through the motions.
Here's to focusing on your form and quality over quantity!!
