Eating 1800 calories burning 600 not loosing :-(

Hi y'all I'm a female 19, 5ft6 I do 1 1:2 of ballet x4 and x3 1 1/2 yoga

I eat 1800 calories a day normally like this

Breakfast

Soy milk and cereal 300 cals

Snack pb and apple 300cals

Sport

Lunch

Tofu spinach low fat cheese 500 cals

Snack banana 120 cals

Dinner

Lentils vegetables 600 cals

What am I doing wrong?? :--((((

    Just based on this information, the only thing that stands out is that you seem to have a large percentage of your calories coming from carb sources. Now, I'm not a "low carb" proselytizer, but I do think that a diet with a lot of carbs is going to make it hard to lose bodyfat. If you can replace a few of your carb options with something that's more protein heavy, you might notice a change.

    What he said. And I was in the same boat, and I realized I wasn't eating enough. 1200 calories after exercise isn't really a lot of fuel for your body. You shouldn't eat back ALL your calories but I'd recommend getting a little bit more in there, especially stuff with protein!

    It looks like you are just guessing at your calories, based on what you posted. What else did you put in the lentils? Did you measure/weight the soy milk, cereal, lentils, cheese, tofu? You could be eating well over 1800 calories without much protein or fat in there.
