I'm off the 30 day shred now - managed to damage my calf doing all those jump ropes! Be warned!!0 -
I did it again Wednesday but my shins hurt with the jumping jacks. I kind of just run during the jjs. Are there jumping jacks on the other levels? Maybe I'll check out level 2 tomorrow.0

Yep - there are jumping jacks on level 2 as well... just be careful! I'm having to swim now for cardio grr0
