I agree with what Selina says. The point of adding friends on here is surely to compare diets and get an idea of different meals to hit your calorie goals.
I'm currently doing Insanity, and because my start weight is high, insanity recommends I eat 3000 calories a day (which despite being a fat lad, is surprisingly hard to do when eating the right things), so I am simply making sure I eat above my BMR (which is 2350). Therefore, there would not be much point in my looking through the diary of someone who eats 1200 calories, because none of the meals they eat would be suitable for me.
Aaaaaaaaaaaanyway, just my 2 cents.
Back to topic - Stu from Yorkshire, eating 2350+ calories a day and am on day 30 of Insanity. Feel free to add me if you like.
In my opinion we're all after the same thing in the long run, and if people are nice to chat with then I don't see what it has to do with how many calories you eat, we're all in the same boat its just nice to talk to people who are going through the same sort of thing. Of course its interesting to look at diaries of what people eat, but not everyone even shows their diary.
Its interesting that people have different views on who they want to have as buddies on here.
I find that talking to my personal friends who aren't going through weight loss is not as easy as talking to people on here who are, and I am not bothered about who eats what, wether they are 500lbs or 140lbs, everyone is an inspiration in their own way no matter what0 -
