I am on Day 4 of Insanity and every inch of my body hurts!!!! However I am wondering what my activity level should be set to since I am doing 40 minute workouts 6 days a week. Can anyone help me please?

I want to know about this too! Did you ever get an answer to this? I've been doing insanity for the past 3ish weeks and don't know if I should change my activity level or just add it as exercise (it's not in the exercise database though)0

I'm midway through week 3. I didn't change my activity level, only my calories & ratios (protein/fat/carbs). From what I've read on other message boards, the calorie goal you set at the beginning of the routine (using the guidelines provided in the program) includes calories burned during the workouts. It's been suggested that you only log 1 calorie burned so it doesn't throw your daily targets off balance.
