when my wife's water broke, it was like 5 pounds insta on the floor.
Get pregnant, wait 9 months, let water break.

Drink lots of water until 730 pm the night before weigh in. Eat very lightly the last day especially dinner and get an extreme, heavy sweating work out in in the morning before weighing in.0
