Dinner - not because of what I am eating but because the whole family is sitting together discussing the events of the day.

All of them...I love good food. I guess breakfast and dinner are my favorites though. Lunch can sometimes get in the way if I'm really cranking things out at the office.

Only time I get sloppy with my meal times is on the weekends ( I HATE it ) - the people in my office look at me like I'm crazy .. I EAT ALL DAY LONG lol

Dinner. I pretty much always cook something "from scratch" and I have been trying a lot of new recipes lately. Tonight we have pea and asparagus risotto with pan fried sea bass.

I'm on 1,800cals a day so I can afford a dinner around the 600 to 800 cal mark, whihc gives plenty of scope of what to have. If I have something smaller I look forward to my supper of peanut butter on toast!

Breakfast and lunch are usually pretty boring.
