Honey or brown sugar (for tea)?

I used to be a big tea drinker (4-6 cups a day) but I CANNOT get used to/like tea without any sugar so I've reduced it to about one cup of tea every two days or so. I either add half a tablespoon of honey or two brown sugar cubes. Which is better/healthier?

Thanks :)

Honey, especially if it's raw, is packed with micronutrients (okay, most in such small amounts that the effect is probably negligible, but it can't hurt). Tastes awesome. And it's so sweet I would say a teaspoon is the equivalent of two sugar cubes. I like it in my tea, but then again I've never tried brown sugar cubes.

Whichever you prefer. Both are quickly aborbed simple sugars consisting approximately 50 percent each glucose and fructose. Honey is 60 calories per tablespoon and sugar is approximately 15 calories per teaspoon. Nutritionally they're about the same as molasses (which is what makes brown sugar brown) is a natural source of chromium which is essential to carbohydrate metabolism

I'd opt for honey as well. Have you tried teas that have a naturally sweet aftertaste (like stinging nettle or really good mint tea? Some teas have stevia leaves as one of the ingredients, so they taste sweet es well (only if you don't mind the stevia taste^^).
I grew up with sweetened tea, and in the beginning I also didn't like my tea unsweetened, but nowadays it's not something I miss :) Maybe it just takes a little longer to get used to it

Thank you all for your answers!

@karu77 I've tried apricot tea so far, as recommended by a friend, but I didn't find it sweet. I will try your suggestions though! :)
@DennyHodge I'm fairly certain we don't have that in Turkey where I live but good to know!
