    Because I'm a lazy person by nature & if I don't then I'll make an excuse not to start up again. So I train hard every day with no rest days & will continue to do so till the day I die, I don't even quit when I'm sick.

    because I want to run around with my kids and not be winded after 5 minutes

    - I want to be healthy
    - I want to look good (I should say my best)
    - I want to be fit- fitness to not just lift weights and look strong but be active, try new things, and never say "I can't"
    - I want to feel better
    - I want to enjoy what I eat if I decide to cheat once in a while because I know I trained hard that day or will train hard tomorrow.
    - I like to see continual improvement in myself, not continual decline. you are either moving forward or falling behind, no one stays the same.

    Because I can knock someone out when I throw a left hook.

    Because my son knows that if mom goes crazy during her workout, she will be a nicer person when she's done.

    Because when I'm working out I forget about everything else.

    Because I like it when I look in the mirror and like what I see.

    Because I want to live longer and be happier.

    Because I want to be able to keep up with my teen age son.

    Because afterward I feel calm and focused.

    I train hard because I have two boys I want to be a mentor too and help them become the amazing young men they can be.

    I train becuase I have watched so many of my family, friends, and colleauges pass away at young ages and I want to try to let my body live as long as it should.

    I train becuase with the life I am given I want to have a quality of life that allows me to inspire others.
