I'm Feeling thin with the diet.. Not losing weigh

Why am I not crashing the weight?? I've been on 1600 cals for a week and only lost 2 lbs? I'm feeling better.. Maybe it is a start.. :)

    Two pounds in one week? That is about maximum to keep your health. You can't do that for long. If I lose 1/2 pound in a week and keep it off, I'm very happy. I didn't notice if you had a lot of weight to lose - if so, then you can lose more and more quickly. And if you are young. 1600 sounds like a LOT from my 1200 perspective...'course, I'm O.L.D., short and small with not too much to lose (10 pounds to hold).

    1-2lbs a week is what you should be aiming for.
