    Count me in! I lost 5 pounds in March and 8 pounds in April.
    My weigh in day is Friday - so I changed the dates to coincide with that.

    Ok I'm starting this a little late but I'm definitely in! I could use all of the motivation I can get to lose weight this month! I normally do my weigh-ins on Friday mornings though so I'm hoping it's cool if I post mine then instead of on Wednesdays? :)

    Hi again. March and April worked well, so count me in!

    Weigh dates now Saturdays!

    Start weight in January 68 kilos. Lost 1.8 kilos in April and reached my birthday goal weight!

    CW 60.2. 134 lbs approx.

    5 weeks, cool. Hope to keep up the exercise and get even more toned! Have annual check up this month, so hoping not to get an overweight result this year!

    I am going to start C25K and hopefully, by the end of the month, be starting Week 5. But, more concretely hopefully I'll be able to run 5+ minutes straight... okay, that's still vague, but right now I can only run 1, so anything over 5 minutes seems like an accomplishment. :P

    Hi all, this is my first challenge on MFP and I really need the accountability! My last weigh in about a week ago was 181 so I was disappointed to be up again :( But, my body is holding water right now so I'm expecting the scale to tip in the opposite direction within a week or so. Really grateful to have found this challenge.

    oops, I forgot my fitness event! I have been doing Billy Blanks DVD's but my goal this month is to add bicycling to the mix. My bike has been in the shed for two years and is getting very lonely... looking to do some miles on the weekends.
