There are a lot of nice yogurt dip recipes out there. I've used a couple of these in the past: http://www.theyummylife.com/Yogurt_Fruit_Dips0

I am obsessed with Cheese and Fruit. I like to use brie or put a few crumbles of blue cheese on the fruit.0

When all else fails I go to peanut butter for my graham crackers or toast, apples or celery.

Yeah, but it's a top secret recipe that I would probably have to pay with my life if I revealed on here. If you want to try it, go to any mexican fruit place with the word "Frutas" or "Licuados" on the sign, and then order a "Bionico". The sauce probably has like a million calories but once they slather that on your grapes and apples (and other fruits) plus add the other toppings you will be in a heavenly bliss and won't even care if it's your last meal on earth.

I like vanilla Greek yogurt (you can buy the flavored but I just buy plain and do it myself) mixed with neufchatel and brown sugar to taste. I'd eat this on anything, really.
And peanut butter. Which goes well with bananas, apples, grapes and even berries or apricots.
@Mychocolatediet that looks like heavenly bliss!!0 -
I use whipped cream in the bowls. Tastes good and surprisingly not bad at all on the macros0

I mix PB2 a little thinner than normal and it works great as a dip....yummmmmmm0

I just did this yesterday for my bowl of fresh strawberries - i made Chocolate Greek Yogurt. 1/2cup plain fat free Greek yogurt. 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder. Some splenda or other sweetener (I use Stevia) - mix together and add in fruit. SO YUM. I'm having a bowl right now!
and it's GOOD for you!0 -
Lite coolwhip, low fat cream cheese. You can add some food color if you want to make pretty.0
-
Light Sour Cream and brown sugar to taste. Perfect for Strawberries and Apples.0

Nonfat vanilla yogurt and as much cinnamon as you can stand! I generally add a tablespoon of cinnamon to a half cup of yogurt and let it go at least overnight. It can big a great dip or the dressing for mixed fruit salad0

Marzetti's makes a Light French Vanilla Yogurt Fruit Dip with 45 calories for 2 tbsp. It is good with strawberries, etc. Despite a Where to Buy this link on the Marzetti website, I have trouble finding this product in the store. But when I see it, I buy it.
