I am still quite heavy and out of shape...right now anyway
so for me i have to say my fave workouts are my Jillian Michaels workout routines followed by some cardio on the treadmill. Later on, when I am in better shape, i can start doing some more intense workouts.

Oh man weighted dips! My sternum f***ing pops too much though so I had to stop soon after starting, but I even bought a belt of my own when the gym I go to didn't have one.0 -
