I'm so glad I found this post... Was about to submit one separately to see what everyone loves from TJ's!
- Coconut Chips... Someone recommended these and they are so good! Great snack or added to recipes or trail mix
- Coconut Oil - One of the best prices around
- GF pasta - great prices!
- Quinoa - all kinds
- Wontons - Veggie, chicken, pork...all good, but sometimes I easily get burnt out on them...
- The Marsala Burgers - Yes - these are good as others stated
- Chicken Chili Lime Burgers - At least I'm pretty sure that's what they're called. They come 4 to a box. TJ's as a recipe on their site where they cook and crumble them up for tacos.... soooo good!
Their Carmelized Onion dip is AMAZING, but not calorie friendly... I might check into mixing it with some LF greek yogurt or something....
I want to try the Reduced Guilt Guacamole, the Coconut Oil Spray, their Coconut Milk, choc covered dried cranberries, pumpkin butter (I hope they still have it in-store) and of course I need more chocolate! :happy:0 -
$3 buck chuck
mochi0 -
The chili lime chicken burgers are a staple at my house! Soooo quick and easy.
The Taziki (sp?) sauce is wonderful. I have even put it on the chicken burger0 -
1 lb dark chocolate--eat it in 2 square portions
frozen Naan
lime floe popsicles (often out of stock so I am not the only one)

Love love love TJ!
- They have great organic apples - way cheaper than my local hannaford.
- recommend Power of the Greens (bagged lettuce section with baby kale, baby romaine and chard).
- Belala salad (chick peas, black beans, tomatoes - great to put a dollop of this on your salad)
- great nuts (both raw and roasted) - love the wasabi almonds as a treat!
- broths are great - they have organic low sodium broths (vegetable and chicken) - I tend to make soups with lots of veggies and the broth fills you up, has a great flavor and smell.

there isn't a TJ within hours of me, but they're building on about 20 minutes from my house and I'm so excited to try all of their products and have a healthy store within the area! Will look into all these products when it opens.
Trader Joe's is awesome and it has a lot of unique products that are priced really well, and they do some great things regarding not allowing certain ingredients in their foods (like Red 40), but it is not a health foods store.0 -
I haven't been there for a while so don't know if they still stock these but they had these really frozen skinny green beans that I used to put my homemade spaghetti sauce on when I made spaghetti for the fam. I called it my green spaghetti. Delicious. Also just great as a vegetable.
Another favorite of mine was their frozen PLAIN yogurt. Like frozen yogurt but no added flavor-- plain, tangy, yummy. I think it does have something in it that's sweet.
What about the chocolate meringues? YUM!!!!0 -
That stuff is so good and I love it on a chicken snadwich with some avocado slices.0

I am personally obsessed with trader joe's. A few of my favorites:
-frozen mushroom and asparagus risotto
-heart healthy blueberry oatmeal
-quinoa, a great substitute for rice and pasta
-cilantro salad dressing
-frozen edamame0 -
I was just there yesterday. I love TJ's. And they really aren't more. Sometimes I find things less than my regular store I go to. Although I might just buy more because the offerings there are fresher and way better. I usually buy staples to make snacks or add to lunches.
-Sugar plum tomatoes (cherry size)
-Tropical fruit medley
-Both frozen Ahi and Albacore are great
-Chili lime chicken patties are awesome
-Low sodium broths
-Avacados- both bag of 4 fresh or prepack guacamole
-Herbs- fresh or frozen cubes- great to have for in a pinch seasoning
-Nuts- Pecans, cashews, almonds, Hazelnuts. All great and can make your own fresh butters with no fillers
-Dried (dehydrated) fruits. I get blueberries to make paleo muffins. Add those in and they rehydrate when you cook. Or add to water and hydrate, drain and add to nut butter for a dip with celery when you have cravings. Less sugar.
-All of their veggies are awesome and very fresh/inexpensive
Also best place to get flowers. Always great boquets. I bought a orchid plant to make prom flowers for my daughter. 7.99 vs. 15.00 at the regular store. And beautiful.0 -
I am a big Trader Joe's fan too! I like all their produce, breads, fiber granola bars, carrot juice, granola, cottage cheese, ect.0
-
Somebody referenced their frozen fish earlier and it really is quite good. The Turbot filet cooks quickly and will melt in your mouth. I aslo like their Mahi.0
-
Oh, I forgot to mention their boxed soups... great unique flavors and so delicious!0
-
I just got their Chicken Apple Chardonay sausage and it was very good.0
-
Most of what's already been said, plus Chicken Tikka Masala, shrimp stir-fry (both frozen), and their habanero hot sauce. These ALWAYS end up in my cart. Oh, and their egg white salads. So good and low calorie!0
-
And this isn't food, but their coconut oil body butter is awesome and only $4.99 where I live!
TJs has a lot of great chicken sausages that are relatively healthy. Also some of their ready-to-go salads are great.
I like their canned wild salmon.0 -
Love the frozen polenta with veggies.....and the brown rice/barley mix (also frozen)0
-
love so much that I can't list it all! Plus my favs are constantly changing. All I know that it's like Christmas for me every time I walk in that place!0
-
The salsa verde. Awesome. I could drink it right out of the jar. Not that I'd ever do such a thing...0
-
The Mediterrian Yogurt Dip with Feta is to DIE for!
I stay away from alot of pre packaged foods due to the sodium, but I do love (on the grab and go), the veggie hummus wrap for a satisfying on the go lunch.
I LOVE their non-fat vanilla greek yogurt.
I can also inhale the cookie butter! My 2 year old is addicted to it! LOL
Edamame cracker thins - they are like crack to me, so I usually have to walk past them!
Caffe Latte ice cream bars... 90 calories and YUM.0 -
Quick-cooking steel cut oats. They cook up in less than 10 minutes on the stove.
Half-salt tuna.
Any variety of salsa or hummus.
During the holidays they have this cranberry chevre that is AMAZING, especially spread on crisp, juicy apples.
I always keep their creamy, salted peanut butter in stock.
Smoked paprika. It's only $1.99 where I live and I buy it two bottles at a time.
I'm sure there's more, but that's all I can think of for now.0
