I'm in! Pretty sure I can do at least 50. I live 4.5 miles away from work so if I bike two days a week starting next week then I will be at my goal. I may start this weekend depending how I feel; the weather is so nice here in north dakota.0

Most of us use tickerfactory.com. You can pick out what you want. Just follow directions then copy/paste the Link. Every day you will have too go back and update it, copy & paste the link again....OR you can just log how many miles you do each day like this
May 4th-1 Mile or how many you do.
May 5th - same and carry on each day. Personally I like the tickerfactory thingy...GOOD LUCK!!!0 -
