Sometimes too much sodium can make you thirsty at night.

I'm thirsty all the time. I never realized how much I was drinking til I started switching from soda to water. It doesn't matter how much I drink I just always feel thirsty.

I am curious why the title of this post is the only thing not capitalized.

    Also, regular water is fine.

Are you taking any meds? they can cause dry mouth. If the humidity where you live is low that will cause it also. I use a tooth paste called "biotene DRY MOUTH". and why they capitilize the dry mouth part I dont know, if that matters. There are some bottled waters I canot drink as they dry my mouth. Dasani seems to be OK. But I filter my own tap water most of the time.
