Hello!
I am new here so I will give you a little background. I am 24 years old and have 3 children who are 5, 2 and 7 months. I am currently breastfeeding my 7 month old at least 6 times, if not more, per day. How do I adjust my calories to meet my bodies needs but still achieve my goals? I am 5 foot 4 and weight 125 and would like to get to around 115-118 ideally. I work out 6 times per week, I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred currently, and I do level one and two together. Advice please?

If you search breast feeding under the food section it gives you a number of options depending on how much you are feeding. When you select it, it gives you a negative calorie value (so you get to eat more).0
