    I'm having some enchiladas from a Skinnytaste.com recipe (guilt free!) and probably some chips & queso. Just have to make up for that on the treadmill!

    I prefer cinco de miracle whip over cinco de mayo lol! ok that was bad....

    No real plans... hubby asked for a chef salad for dinner. I'm going to mix in some spinach and kale and see if he notices.

    The first Thursday of each month is Cigar Night at my house. All the guys I ride with come over for cigars and bourbon. Just happens to fall on Cinco de Mayo this year. Guess I'll mix it up a little and put out some Patron instead of Knob Creek tonight.
