What do YOU eat most often?

Someone mentioned in a recent thread (I can't remember which, unfortunately) that most people eat only about three dozen different types of food on a regular basis. It got me thinking, what do I eat most often and should I change it up a bit? How much variety do I REALLY have? Is it even three dozen kinds of food that I manage to consume? So I made a list of things I eat the most of within a month's time (stuff in asterisk are trace amounts or once or twice a month):
1. Chicken eggs
2. Duck eggs
3. Beef
4. Pork
5. Bacon
6. Tilapia
7. Salmon
8. Cheese
9. tomatoes
10. onions
11. mushrooms
12. lamb
13. milk
14. cream
15. yogurt
16. agave nectar*
17. cream cheese*
18. apples*
19. carrots*
20. sausage
21. lettuce
22. butter
23. coconut oil
24. olive oil
...and it took me a while to come up with just that list. I'm even sort of reaching with some of those items. Obviously, I need to add in more vegetables to my diet but what about you? What are YOUR staples and do you have more of them?

Dinner is always different, but that's my day M-F 7am-5pm0 -
The meals I eat are basically: porridge, omelette, stir fry, salad, soup, stew - and not much else. Snacks are always: fruit, especially bananas, yoghurt, popcorn, crackers, dried fruit, endless herbal teas. I eat other stuff obviously but my diet pretty much revolves around these foods.0

Lately raw almonds have been making the top of my MFP list. Also my shakes, orange juice, carne asada, and chicken breasts sauteed in olive oil. Oh and if I werent' changing up what I ordered all the time Starbucks would be there too.0

Anything that does it me first. I have found that if I eat the same things all the time I get very bored and don't stay true to what I'm trying to do.0

Whole plain yogurt
Blueberries
Apples
Chicken
Pecans
Dark chocolate
Red wine
If it's working and IIFYM go with it!0 -
I live alone and work two jobs, so my meals are simple and I tend to stick to the same old boring stuff when I go grocery shopping.
Rotisserie chicken
Frozen blueberries
greek yogurt (pineapple or vanilla)
mandarin oranges
fresh spinach
lettuce (NOT Iceberg - I hate iceberg lettuce!)
red onions
tomatoes
olive oil & vinegar
black beans
blackeyed peas
rice
sugar free dark chocolate
almond milk
prunes (I've loved it even before I knew it makes people p**p)
coffee
Bananas
Dried cranberries
I don't eat out often at all. I quit drinking sodas all together (I don't even miss it), and I rarely eat bread, but when I do I get whole wheat. My gut loves me better now I'm not constantly swollen like I used to be.0 -
