Sweet potatoes

My aunt announced she's expecting today so, in honor of this, I'm making steak and shrimp with a side of mashed sweet potatoes, her favorite dinner, tomorrow night. I bought a bag of potatoes, having found them for a great price, but I'm left with a problem: what the heck do I do with this other two pounds of sweet potatoes? I'm not super big on them myself, but I have them now...

So, what's your favorite sweet potato recipients? Sweet, savory, breakfast or dessert; doesn't matter. If it's tasty and involves these orange tubers I want to read it. Thank you all in advance, and for taking the time to read.
