im 5'5, 215lbs, want to be back to my happy weight of 150...
im thinking that will take me about a year, i hope, but im getting married in august and 200lbs would be great for that!
Ive been working out and watching my calories for about a month and only lost 6 lbs.. so i dunno, i might be doing something wrong...
6 pounds in a month is about right! Don't get discouraged. If you're losing in a healthy way, you'll only lose 1 or 2 pounds a month. I know it's frustrating when results take awhile to show, but it's worth the wait!0 -
In high school, I was 117 and borderline anorexic. Here I am, 12 years out of school with 3 kids. The first put me at 170, 2nd took me to 200. I got down to 167 then the 3rd came along and put me right back to 200. It's been two years and I'm down to 162. I did get down to 156, but lost focus.
Focus is back on!
My realistic goal is 140, crazy goal is 130.
At 162 lbs, I wear a size 9 comfortably. But I can fit an 8.0 -
I weighed 122 lbs when I felt my best...I am so embarrassed that I have gained so much. So angry with myself!0
-
I'm pear shaped and stand a little over 5' 4". My ultimate goal is size 8, which should be around 145 - 150 lbs. 2 more sizes to go and I'm there!0
-
5'4" and trying to get to 100-105. I'm at 112 right now...anyone with similar goals feel free to add me!
This is just my opinion but I think you look great and 100 - 105 is too small for 5'4". (if your profile pic is you) Don't be so hard on yourself silly.0 -
I'm 123, aiming to get to 100 or so0
-
Well, I'm a little taller (5'5") and I'm 50 years old. I am currently at 138 pounds, looking to get to 135. *If* my body will allow me to lose a bit more, I would love to be at 130, but i plan to just see how it goes.0

Wow I see some posts from 5'4" girls who are trying to get down to 100 pounds! That is too skinny and very unhealthy!!! Especially when these girls are around 110-115 right now, which is already thin... It scares me a little.
I am 5'4" and I weight 114 pounds. I am not trying to lose weight, rather to tone up my body. I do not care if the scale goes up, what matters is body fat and muscles, not pounds. Especially since muscle is heavier than fat.
Really saddens me to see very very thin girls trying to lose even more weight...0 -
i'm 5'4.5..
SW: 134
CW:128..2
GW: 120? i weighed 117 in high school but i think my body is different now.
it has been reallllly difficult for me to lose the weight!! frustrating.0 -
I don´t want to look like a toothpick so I want to be 140-150...currently just over 2000
-
Current Weight: 126
Goal Weight: 115-1180 -
I was 105 in high school but that was 20+ years and 2 kids ago. I don't want to be that skinny again but would love to get back down to around 135-140 from my current 172.0
-
Trying to get to 130 hovering at 140 to 145..,,,post any pics if at your goal weight....0
-
I started at 178 and now weigh 170. ndFor me PERSONALLY with my body 150 is when I don't feel fat, 140 is when I feel sexy and 130 is when I feel skinny and sexy.
You must be my soul sister. I feel exactly the same!0 -
5'4" starting at 220 and my goal is 135. Just started MFP. I use to weigh 123 so when I hit 135 I will see how I feel and possibly adjust to 125, we shall see.0

Highest weight: 178
Current weight: 166
Goal weight: 1300 -
Weight goal is a joke
I want to weigh less and look good.
Number does not matter want to be healthy and fit and wear a size 9.
CW 2020 -
I'm 160 right now, size 10. I have big boobs and a large frame so I'm just looking to get down to 145 with some muscles0
-
My BMI top weight is 141 - at 138 I was almost too skinny and had to exercise 2-3 hours almost everyday to maintain, with caloric intake of 1200 to 1400 per day. My goal weight is 155 - that's me healthy and comfortable. I really don't like "BMI" as it doesn't tend to take body composition into consideration. Me at a size 12 is current weight of 186. Go figure.0

up your calories to rev up your metabolism and lift some weights0
-
I was pretty happy @ 125.. My CW is 140 and GW is 130. Once I get there, I'll reassess how I feel0
-
I am 5'3" my real goal is 17% to 18% body fat which is approximately 117lbs for me.0
-
I was 188.8 and now I am 163.4 and I hope I can reach 145. Some lessons from OA there is no finish line because we have all done that a million times and then celebrated our weight loss with food til we regained it all again and progress not perfection. I have stopped beating myself up for poor food choices and begin at the next meal not at the next Monday !0
-
My goal is 150 but I would love to get down to around 140 or 1350
-
Now I am at 151, want to get to 140:flowerforyou:0
-
my heaviest was 157. currently 141, trying to get down to 118.
my do-nothing equilibrium body weight is around 130, and i feel good at 125, but i have had a very bad month and am trying to get very fit in time for my first anniversary0 -
I'm about 5'3.5"-5'4".
I'd ideally just like to maintain somewhere between 110-115. But shoot, if I gained muscle and subsequently ended up weighing 120, let it be.0 -
I am currently 229 and am working to get to 160 see how that looks will go from there!0
-
I am 5 ft 4 1/2 inches tall...CW is 128...GW is 118.5...I find that as I get older it doesnt look so good to be too thin...It ages your face...Zsa zsa Gabor once said...At her age she could etiher have a nice *kitten* or a nice face...HAHA I am trying to have both...Anything under 118 ages my face...0
