5'4. Girls what are your weight goals

My weight swings between 140 in the depths of winter when I'm doing hardly any exercise and eating winter foods, and 132 in the summer when I'm out hiking and gardening. It's far far harder now to lose the extra weight, the older I get, (I'm 53) but certainly not impossible. MFP has been a great help but 1200 cals is not enough so I HAVE to exercise to be able to eat!0

I'm 310 right now, my goal weight is 160 for now and I plan on seeing how I feel then. Before I started coming to myfitnesspal I had already started to lose weight, and I lost 24/25 pounds! Since I started on this website...I've lost six pounds and in total thats about 30. ! Yay I can do math! My main reason for losing weight is to be healthier, I've gained weight over the years for many different reasons and about a year ago I realized how big I was. I am feeling better, even though I have been slacking a bit but I am determined to put hard work into gaining my goal.
Good luck to everyone! I hope your journey's go well. :flowerforyou:0 -

I am 5'4
SW 136 Today
GW 125
People tell me I am skinny but my clothes don't fit anymore...
I used to be a size 36 in Europe and now I am about 40 and still look stuffed. It is depressing going clothes shopping.
Puzzling thing, I have been eating really healthy and exercising a lot and nothing, nada de nada...
Hopefully I will come back with happy news.
Good luck to everyone and keep it up!!!0 -

Goal weight is 150
I realize this may be high for some people, but when you spent your teen and all of your 20's in the high to low 200's-I'd be thrilled to be at 150 ) lowest adult weight was 183-now at 2240 -
My current weight is 117. I am not really trying to lose weight, rather to slim my body and tone it. I wouldn't mind getting down to 114-115 but the scale doesn't matter to me, it is more about the measurements, which I think is a more accurate way to define a body type than weight only.
Mine are currently:
chest: 34
waist: 26
hips: 36
I am aiming for a 25 inches waist. The rest is fine to me.0 -
Everyone is different so its difficult to compare weight, which is why for our height there is a range of weight which is acceptable not just one weight.
Its how you feel and look for YOU that is important.0 -
I'm 5'4 and started at 232 currently at 148... my goal is 132. I have plenty of pics on my profile if you want to browse.

Was 133ish for 10 years. Lost 30 lbs last year but put it all back on. Looking for friends with similar weight of 135ish who are looking to lose 10 lbs like me this time around.0

I'm 5'3 and my starting weight was 281. I now weigh 179. My goal weight is 150. I want to keep my curves and I also have a broader frame and have worked hard for these muscles! haha.0
-
I'm 5'4"
starting weight 162
current weight 143
goal weight to see on the scale is 125.
Moreso to have a body fat less than 22%
So for the time being the scale and I do not communicate because she always gets in my head and throws me off my game! :frown:
If I do everything right: exercise and eat clean (whole, minimally processed foods)--- the weight will come off without obsessing about the number on the scale.

I'm 5'4. Starting weight was 161, current weight is 135.
Thought my body would have slimmed down a lot by now, but surprisingly it hasn't so I'm hoping another 10lbs will do it!0 -
i dont know yet! ha!
i havent gotten close to any healthy weight in a number of years so i dont even know whats sustainable!
id like to think somewhere around 150-180! 135 seems unfathomable right now! im just doing 10% of my weight a time and then reassessing, little by little0 -
