Salad calories

So I've been guestimating my salads seeing as MFP doesn't have my specific type - how many calories would you say are in the following salad?
Iceberg lettuce; cucumber; celery; red pepper; carrot
Have it as a side to most meals (no dressing! ruins it) and add turkey to it for my lunch (2ish slices).
SO what do you think?

There's no way to tell you how many calories this has since your not stating any information about how much of each ingridient you use.0

All I know is for lunch I have about 3 cups, evenly distributed, sorry0
-
100 cals would cover it easy without dressing , its very hard to eat over 100 cals of those ingredients, I eat a lot of raw vegan and am
always logging salad items.
Turkey just look up.
Get electronic scales that zero with a bowl put on and weigh it all. Every item is on mfp log that you state.0 -
130 if the servings of turkey are decent proportions, less if it's really thin turkey slices.0
-
Why don't you just log each ingredient, or create a salad recipe with the ingredients and amounts you use.0
-
Log each ingredient separately and save it as a meal. Easy peasy. And that's low calorie. I hope that fills you up. I would need to eat a ton of those ingredients to fill me up!0

BUY A FOOD SCALE0

Weigh each ingredient and then log them. Guestimating will always be wrong.0

I don't bother logging calories for lettuce and cucumber. Pepper, carrots and celery I would enter per piece (ie 1/2 carrot, stick of celery).0
-
i have entered, seperately, everything i have in my salad and saved it as a meal. i was surprised at the difference between a generic MFP salad - around 30 cals and mine - 117 cals. once you've entered it all once, its easy enough to just go into 'my meals' and click on 'my salad' and at least you know your getting something accurate.0

There is a the following option which I use 'Generic - Garden salad with tomatoes, cucumber, and iceberg lettuce' approx 33 cals a cup, then I add other items that I include too, such as olives and onions. It's worked for me for over 16 months.0
