    Go to tickerfactory.com and follow the steps to design an "Exercise & Fitness Ticker"... it lets you choose your background and icon.


    After designing your ticker, copy the code for message boards, (it's the first box) and paste here, ( as a reply to your post)

    Don't forget your password, because you will need it to update your miles

    The still-snowy underbrush of today was lovely, thank you, lol! I must say, it was strange hiking in +24 Celsius weather and crunching snow underfoot XD.
