Hi all!!

Just found this site this week, and making the most of it - scary how much the calories really add up ... Any way I'm looking for a workout buddy in the area - I am absolutely not able to do hours on end of intense workouts so please someone else who is perhaps starting out would be great. We can reach for the oxygen tanks together ...
