I have used fitness pal in the past, but never stuck to it.

This time I thought I would go about things a little bit differently, by asking for support from friends and family and also by joining in communities like this.

I have about 115-125 pounds to lose, today is my 5th day of my new healthy lifestyle...and I am loving it!

    Happy to help and share my diary and inspiration...... I am of the vertically challenged kind, (5'2") but have lost 40lbs and kept it off. Now into getting my fitness levels into action, I've been doing it all along but now I've upped it from walking to jogging/running. The outdoors is my gym.

    Hi, my name is Nancy, I have been using this app since March I am allowed 1200 calories a day and I have lost to date 12 lbs. The app keeps my honest and motivated. I love it. I weigh in and see the difference this keeps me going.:flowerforyou:
