    I usually measure on Sat but will try to keep this going for this month.

    I swim 6 times a week (hour or two depending on mood), play basketball, lift weights. Also been doing some random activities that involve a lot of lifting boxes, helping people, walking, and volunteering at niece's softball practices (pretty intense chasing balls down).

    Just for fun: What fitness event are you going to accomplish this month?

    I signed up at a place that just does power hour kickboxing classes. The entire hour is non-stop heart pumping workouts. It is THE BEST workout. I have been going for the past couple of weeks. My goal is to go at least 3 times per week. My weight loss goal is to lose 5 pounds per month. Last month was 4.8. I got very close. This month I want to see that 5!

    *SIGH* I knew this would happen. Today is my birthday, and Friday was my daughter's 2nd birthday, so it has been a weekend of cake and general not eating well. I went to the gym this morning and will make much better choices after my birthday dinner tonight.

I was so there! We walked a brisk pace for about 50 minutes. Yay! We have plans again to do Saturday 5/11. In between I am doing minicardio workouts and increasing walking at the office.\\

    When I first started MFP i was 240 lbs. I got down to 195 and now the weight is back. My FGW is 195 for now. See how I feel once I can maintain that for a year or so. Aiming for 10 lbs down this month but 5 would be just as good. 5 lbs would make me 218.6 and 10 lbs would be 213.6. This is my first month back so 10 wont be that hard to lose but 5 is my min for May.
