    My bestie calls them "love puffs"...But i defiantly do haha!

    I do have problems with (TMI) going to the toliet when im eating well...if i eat junk then no probz at all

    A little wisdom from Turk on Scrubs, "I have a wife and a daughter and they both fart.". Boy is this true. I do feel more gassy myself, but I eat a lot of bans and Garlic.

    Hi,

    Has anybody else noticed you fart more when eating healthy? I'm suspecting it's the extra protein powder, eggs, or veggies. I never farted this much in my life! So embarrassing when you have to hold it in front of others. Ughh...

    So let em rip and you wont be embarrassed!

    My husband & I use digestive enzymes at mealtime if we eat a food that may backfire especially beans! We use the capsule form at GNC.

    As others have said your body will adjust.

    I see all you guys saying you let it rip well thats cool BUT if they smell and your at the gym please go to the restroom and let it rip there. I was on the treadmill yesterday and this dude had horrible gas like rotten eggs ruined my run!!!!
