    Im in!!! I have to do 50 today anyways as part of my 30 day ab challenge, so 250 more cant kill me.. well maybe..lol.. Totally doing the standing ones while I can at work!! :-)

    Was not as hard as I thought it would be :)

    Got 100 of the standing ones done, those are awesome cause I can do them at work during conference period! (school substitute) Plus I really feel the movement in my legs. A great dual work out.

    I'm in! And I think those standing crunches look effective for more than just your abs, seems it would work your legs a bit as well.

    I did the standing ab workout....twice! I loved it!! I'll be doing those moves more often!

    I did the standing crunches which was a great wo! I can feel it in the upper part of my thigh as well as my entire ab & mid section. I have never seen that particular exercise before, but I like it. Thank you very much.
