I read this and started right away and have done 50 already
I do the standing up ones. I like them better, because you can do them anywhere you like. (no way I am lying down in the office toilet area to do my crunches! lol )0 -

Got 100 of the standing ones done, those are awesome cause I can do them at work during conference period! (school substitute) Plus I really feel the movement in my legs. A great dual work out.0
