Music

I'm curious to know.. What's your 'Go-to' music to push yourself through a slump in your workout? Currently, my songs are Shots, Whistle, and Paralyzer.

I tend to eventually get bored with music...the repetitiveness...so I do audio books. It's kept me going back to the gym so far...I need to know what happens next! :)

I'm a huge fan of mashups. I'm a cycle instructor so I get bored of music quickly - especially mainstream stuff. Mashups give a good variety. Check out Steady130 for some fun mixes.

Nice to see there are a good number of fellow metal heads here! :)
I am doing lots of cardio at the moment, so the Slayer workout is pretty hardcore! ;D Slipknot - Antennas to Hell Live disk (as I was there) and have been using the latest Killswitch Engage album in the last couple of weeks too, as it makes you keep a good pace and feel a bit uplifted too.

So, is this a good place to start a campaign for metal based classes at gyms? I think it could catch on! ;)

In between a lot of music that sounds like a raging Cookie Monster, Punk Goes Pop 5 had some solid covers. A screamy Call Me Maybe? Call me sold.
