Deadlifts! I feel like it works every muscle in my body!

second favorite- clean & press. Same idea as deads, but with an overhead lift. Definitely use everything on those- from my legs, to glutes, abs, triceps, shoulders, back... AWESOME.

I'm a total newb, but I like doing pull-ups, because so few people do them.

Squats - b/c my butt needs them.

and anthing that works my arms.

Maybe I should add some dead lifts ,looks like they works tons of different muscles.

Actually I need to do more strength training over all.

Starting Strength or Stronglifts would be good places to start if you have a bar. If you only have dumbbells (as I did when I started) then All Pros Simple Beginner Routine can be easily modified.

My fave has to be the bro curl! In the squat rack, of course!

    j/k! Probably squats or deadlifts.

Conversely, I really don't like doing a bench press as I don't like holding a heavy object up above me!
You may want to try bench press with dumbbells. It's still weight above you, but it's not as ominous since you can drop the dumbbells away from you. I actually prefer DB bench press over BB bench press.
Actually, I found the opposite. I just switched from DBs to a bar, and I MUCH prefer the bar.
