You don't have to suddenly cut all sugar out of your diet, that will be the hardest for your cravings. I think that as long as I am always cutting down, it doesn't matter how gradual the change is (within reason).
Also, make sure you still count all the calories even after going over your limit - then you can see your progress more clearly after a good day and you won't have the temptation to give up because you're only logging half the calories anyway!0 -
I find that I can still have a 'sugary treat' in moderation of course and making sure it's still within my calories.0

i get passed sugar craving by eating sugar. im no stranger to 100 cal klondike ice cream bars, or 90 cal fiber one chocolate brownies...0

i dont think there is anything wrong with sugar, in moderation... if i want sugar, i eat sugar. if i want a beer, i have a beer. if i want a flaming hot cheeto, i have a flaming hot cheeto... if i deny myself these things that i want, then i will fail, as i always did in past weight loss attempts... this time around, i have been successful, losing 70 pounds since september, because i dont deprive myself, only moderate myself!0
