Adding Foods

Does anyone know if you can add foods to your diary without eating them? If so, how? help please :)

    Same way you add them when you do eat them. Add to a meal. MFP doesn't know if you've eaten it or not.

    The diary doesn't know if you ate them or not, you can add whatever you want. But why would you add something that you didn't eat?

    I think what she means is how can you add foods to your"My Foods" or "Frequents" list without adding them to the diary. I actually have this question too. I have been adding them to the diary and then deleting them out so they stay in the Frequents list.

    Yes, alaratta...that is what I meant. Sorry for the confusion. I figured out how to add the foods to my list without adding it to my diary. Its really a lot simpler than my mind thought it would be. Just go to My Foods and click on Create Food. :)
