    I have roasted every veg possible to see how they turn out, I have to say i hate sprouts but roasted. OMG

    Looks delicious, but why is it 384 calories?... How large of a service?

    I think its from the olive oil - thats 240 calories right there. When I roast veggies I use my Misto, saves on a lot of oil calories! I haven't tried roasting cauliflower before, will check it out, thanks!

    It wouldn't be 240 calories per serving... It would be a total of 240... Am I wrong?

    A large head of cauliflower is 210 calories for a total of 450. Divide that by however many portions you think that will serve. 3-4 I would think.

    Have you ever heard of Romanesca Broccoli??!! It's like Cauliflower and Broccoli had a beautiful baby together. And it looks freakin' cool.

    That's the most beautiful vegetable I've ever seen. I'd be sad eating it and destroying it.

    I've seen cauliflower that's green (supposed to be a cross between the two) but it wasn't anything like this. I want to grow it now as an ornamental!

    Roasted cauliflower is DA BOMB. So good! I like to sprinkle just a little parmesan on it too. Yum.

    I also roast a lot of veggies! I use an olive oil spray to cut on the calories. My roasted cauliflower is a lot less calories!
