Would a 4 - 6 inch step for step aerobics be considered low impact? They don't have 4 - 6 inch.

Step up and step down. I have a 2lb weight in each hand..0

That doesn't sound like high impact to me. If you are more jumping up and down off the step, that would create a high impact.0
