Twerking out even when sore

I'm still a bit sore from exercise this weekend. Nothing too much, just some sore hamstrings and shoulders. Do you think it would be okay for me to twerk out tonight even if I had sore legs? Should I keep it light and easy or just go full-tilt? I've heard some people say that once you get good and warmed up that your muscles feel much better.

Secondly, is it okay to twerk out even if I'm an older balding white guy? I just love this sort of exercise even if I can't dance. I have fun with it.
