Try this when you are nearly out of calories for dinner . . . . .only about 135 cals the way i made it below:
1/2 cup homemade salsa (recipe below) (15 cals)
1/4 avocado (80 cals)
1/2 small chicken breast (39 cals)
grill chicken with tiny bit of Pam and salt and pepper
top chicken with salsa and avocado (so pretty!)
I had this for dinner tonight and it was SOOOOO awesome! Perfect for summer. .
Salsa:
3 large tomatoes, diced
2 serrano chile's, minced
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1/2 small onion, finely diced
1 T. lime juice
1-2 t. dried cilantro (or 2-3 T. fresh, finely chopped)
salt to taste
run 2 Cups boiling water over onion and garlic in strainer before adding to salsa. Best on the 2nd day.

I don't really know, I think it tenderizes the onions a little an gets rid of the stickey-ness of the garlic???0
