I saw the "post your pic and have people guess your weight" thread and what became really obvious is that we have no idea what people weigh because a 5'7 woman can have wildly different weights and bf%'s... anyways, I thought it might be cool for people to post pics and just write their BF% so we can see what different bodies look like.
I'll start:
Height: 5'4
BF%- 23%

Method: BIA scales (with handles) - I know they're very inaccurate, but they're all I had.

No, visible abs flexed is 12 to 14 percent for a man of average musculature. a powerlifter or someone with extreme core muscle mass will show at higher bf0 -

is that flexed or unflexed...
if unlexed i would say about 10%0 -

I'm 5'7" and around 163 pounds. A few weeks ago I did two bf % tests online. One said I had 36% and the other said 33%. Eek, I'm not really sure though. Do I really look around 36% bf?
