I had my settings on sedentary, which was giving me 1220 calories a day, but I have been losing faster than the 1 lb a week I set it for. I changed my activity level to lightly sedentary and it's now giving me 1290 calories/day. This makes me a little nervous because it seems like a lot more, but I will try it out this week and see if it's the right amount of calories for me. Also there have been days where I've gone a thousand calories over since I started using MFP and I'm still losing so 70 more calories each day really isn't a lot more hahah0 -

Okay, I'm too much in a hurry to look up the last post and copy, but I gained 1 lb in the last week, apparently, though it could just be water weight or muscle, because I also lost a 1/4" in the waist. I'll try to update properly next week.0

I was a little discouraged because when I initially weighed in I was up 9 pounds, but its dropping back down fairly quickly. Down Over 6lbs this week. I feel really great and I'm very motivated! Praying for continued success. Keep up the good work everyone!
