Last year I had a moment of clarity. I got on the scale and realized I never wanted to weigh this much ever in my life. From that moment I never looked back! My journey isn't over, but I'm in the homestretch and it feels amazing!

This video takes you through my transformation. It tells my story better than I can typing it out here. It is tough for me to post something so vulnerable...but here goes nothin'

    WOW. Thank you everyone. That means so much to me. It was a very hard thing for me to put this video out there. After trying to hide myself for so many years...YIKES!!!

    Thank you for the support. I've been using MyFitnessPal for a long time and am just now getting involved with the community aspect seeing as I have been struggling with motivation lately!

    I've just watched your video on youtube and feel like we are similar in many ways! I have around 100lbs to lose altogether and I've lost 25lbs so far. I'd love if we could encourage each other!

    Amazing!!! You are so brave and so beautiful! You have accomplished so much and should be so proud of yourself! I love Beachbody! Shaun T and Chalene are how I lost my weight, too.
