    Congrats. You seem to have a great attitude about it too (knowing when you are pushing yourself too much, etc). As long as you are feeling better and you are healthy, that's what matters.

    thanks... I just know that last couple of pounds are vanity... I was trying to get my BMI well into the not overweight area... when I know I am not overweight... if I lose doing what I am doing so be it...
