    very inspiring and I love the video Idea. I will have to do that! I started out way over yr weight...I still have 150# to go! But I know I can do it even twice your age lol! Thanks for sharing and being transparent!:drinker:

    Awesome you are doing fantastic. I may self started 1-16-2013 and have lost 44 lbs but found that if I go over my Calorie allowance it resets and then loss a few lbs more. However I work out at gym and muscle wt is on but I am still having to go Bin diving in the garage storage for smaller sizes about once a month. Thank goodness I kept alot of my smaller clothes. I myself still have another 50lbs at least to go. But feeling so much better and health issues are dimissing. Not eating White bread, White Rice, or white potatoes makes a tremendous correction to health.
